HCTA Federal Credit Union is located in the eastern part of Howard County just off of the intersection of Rt. 29 and Rt. 40, near the Ellicott City Post Office.

If you are driving north on Rt. 29 take the first exit to Rt. 40 E.  The ramp will split and you will take the ramp to the left toward Ridge Rd.  At Ridge Rd. turn right.  Travel one block to Ellicott Center Drive (the Post Office is on the left), turn right.  Turn right again at the entrance to Ellicott Center Professional Park.  Our building is straight to the back and on the right.  The office is directly under the 3454 at the center of the building.
