Our employees are trained on the necessity of maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We limit access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you, maintain your accounts, and conduct business.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard against unauthorized access to your personal information. These measures apply to internal access, as well as to information shared with our affiliates and other companies with whom we do business.

What You Can Do to Help Protect Your Privacy

HCTA FCU is committed to protecting your personal financial information. You can help by following these simple guidelines:

Protect your account numbers, card numbers, PINs, and passwords. Never keep your PIN with your debit or credit card. It can provide free access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.

Use caution when disclosing your account number, Social Security number, etc., to other persons.

BEWARE: If someone calls you, explains the call is on behalf of HCTA FCU, and asks for your account number do not give it to them. Officials and staff of HCTA FCU will already have access to your information and will not need to ask for it. If this should happen please notify us immediately so that we are aware of the fact that someone is impersonating a HCTA FCU employee. Call us at 410 461-2257.
